A customer come to the lobby at 6:25 AM. And told the receptionist that the money lost 4000 THB Which he thought the housekeeping officer that have come into the room when he go outside between a time at 8.00 PM.- 10.00 PM. Which a customer returned to the hotel at 10.13 PM. there may be the housekeeping officer came to a room,which we have already informed the customer that will be cleaned once a day only or on request.That with the evidence as entry record a rooms of the customers .From the evidence of the hotel shows no the housekeeping officer of the hotel went to a rooms of him since stay until out of the hotel. For your complaint that lost money 4000 bath not involved and we hope you would continue to solve a problem of the company's customers to find the cause and explain the customer directly.
