Responsibilities:
Provide help and advice by answering incoming calls & other modes of contacts from consumers to provide information in response to inquire, concerns and requests about products and services.
Handle and resolve consumer's complaints for difficult questions, provides support from the supervisors in each area or in some cases it is necessary to escalate the call to experts from brand and call the consumer back with the information they may need
Complete call reports follow up on customer interactions
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, such as inquires, comments, complaints and actions taken
Coordinate with third party or outsource or research company
Coordinate with Training or Education colleagues for training matters
Any other responsibilities are instructed by company as she will not be only customer service who contact consumer but also can be able to handle some excel files or documents.
Qualifications:
Thai Male or Female, age between 23-30 years old
Bachelor Degree in any related field
Over 1 year of experience as a Customer Service in Retail or Banking Industry
Multi-task, Probelm-Solver, Dynamic
Fair Command of English
