Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, business liaison / stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover.
1. Managing staff & supplier or contractor to ensure that all milestone are achived within the agreed time frame.
2. Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
3. Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators.
4. Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports.
5. Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations.
6. Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
7. Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets.
8. Organising and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Committees meetings.
9. Single point of contract for all communication between the customer (MWA/PWA), the supplier, and TSC1656.
10. Ensuring that project conform to PMP methodology and required standard.
