Cow's milk is a product that is known well in presently as well as goat milk, buffalo milk, Sheep milk. They are many species of milk in super market which customers can select for health. In this work we report about nutrient content of raw milk from animal, They are raw milk from cows, raw milk from goats And raw milk from buffalo which is popular milk in Chiang Rai. This research we analysis of fatty acid, Total solid and protein in raw milk by using Kjeldahl method, check precipitation of milk by alcohol test, measuring acid condition of milk by titration method and using pH meter to determine nutrient content of three raw milk which is data base for customer.
