Immunofluorescence of frozenthawed
spermatozoa nanopurified by using msp Magnetic Separator (Fig. 1 a-c) revealed the
enrichment of ubiquitin and PNA-positive spermatozoa in the pellet fraction after
nanopurification with anti-ubiquitin or PNA-conjugated nanoparticles (Fig. 1 d).
