as a number of transactions is increasing every day, there has been a large number of regular notifications among the team circulating day by day, in which it might make people confused and sometimes difficult to keep track. hence may I introduce you the policy to help sort out the issues of having too many notifications among all of us as per the following:
all reg. notifications need to be labelled and pre-numbered. those lable and pre-no. need to be registered with the Contract team and approved by MD
the notification must be sent by the central section/department email, not staff's personal email
the reg. notifications include those emails sending to keep the team informed, not to the Board or the Committee
the notification without proper labelling or no. can be considered as spam and cannot be used for future reference
all sections whom I assigned to do this must be done within Wednesday afternoon. the rest need to finalize with me within Friday morning.
