1.How do you record your staffs time in and time out? finger scan, punch card or something else?
2.Do you have only staffs (service staff) for the restaurant or do you have office staff as well?
3.Please tell me all staff position.
4.Who has the power to cotrol all staff, which position?
5.Do you have a problem about staff get to work late or go home early, and what is the way to solving this problem for now?
6.I would like to know more about your company leave policy, what I understand is staff can have 6 days leave after work in the company for one year(all position the same?). what about if staff would like to take leave for example they would like to visit their hometown maybe 1 week but their work period is only six month not reach to one year yet,, will you allow them to leave? will you deduct their salary or what is the policy or rule about this matter?
7.How many kind of leave do you have and allow your staff to use, for example sick leave,business leave, annual leave,public holiday,maternity leave, etc. and how many day per year for each kind of leave?
8.List of the problems(concern with your staff) that you would like to solve and put in company rule to control your staff?
