As mentioned earlier, your hotel has been identified as one of the priority hotels in implementing IHG Way of Clean 5-S Process and the Room Audit Mobile App as your hotel’s room cleanliness score is below AMEA average in Heartbeat. As room cleanliness is one of the critical factors in guest satisfaction, we would like to ensure that your team has the right process in delivering high standards of cleanliness.
Previously, hotels who used the I-Clean Toolkit (offline version) properly potentially scored up to 8.56 points higher than non-users of I-Clean Toolkit. With the introduction of the Room Audit Mobile App, which is more efficient and accurate, we will see better improvement in the Room Cleanliness score, resulting in a positive uplift in the overall experience.
