Results
General Observations and Blood Analysis
All rats from control and F-exposed groups survived an
entire 12-months experiment. To the end of study, the
animals were already 13–14 months old. They did not
exhibit any signs of sickness, hair loss, loss of appetite,
etc. No statistically significant differences in the body
weight and daily water intake were observed among all
four groups of rats either throughout experiment (not
shown) or at the end of investigation (Table 1). On the
other hand, clear dose-responding dependence was found
between F doses in the drinking water and F concentrations
in the blood plasma (Table 1).
