- Assess relevant rules and regulations issued by supervisor authorities and communicate regulatory requirements to relevant parties.
- Provide advice regarding compliance matters to management and/or related business units.
- Monitor the operations of business unit on compliance aspects and report any compliance issues to responsible management and/or committee.
- Prepare related policies and procedures of Regulatory Compliance Department
- Review policies and procedures of business units per regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with supervisory authorities
- Team management
- Perform other duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law or any related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in banking business and/or financial industry.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in compliance, legal or audit function.
- 1-3 years of experience in team management.
- Law and regulations related to banking business.
- Business products and services
- Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- English communication skill is a plus.
