•Bachelor's degree in any field.
•At least 5 years working experience in all task of recruitment functions.
•Good understanding about competency development and have background for CBI techniques would be advantage.
•Logical and systematic thinking.

•Detail oriented and able to prioritize task efficiently.
•Good service minded and communication skills.
