Ingredients required for making Lemon Juice
3 lemons
1 cup sugar
4 or 5 cups cold water or room temp water
Few Ice cubes
Instructions for making Lemon Juice
Squeeze the juice of three lemons (large sized preferably) for making around half a cup of lemon juice.
Take a pitcher and put around five cups of cold water into it.
Put one cup of sugar into this pitcher and mix the sugar well with a ladle till all the sugar dissolves completely.
Place this pitcher in your refrigerator for around half an hour.
Take the pitcher out and mix the lemon juice in it. Mix it well.
To serve, take tall glasses and place ice cubes at the bottom of it.
Pour the lemon juice slowly into the glass.
Decorate with lemon wedges and mint leaves.
