Can I get back on following as we don’t want to destroy the good products?
• Confirm if there is existing sorting guideline being used for sorting, specifically now for Mainland – K.Mee
• Ask warehouse to segregate the products and make it easy for FBT to go check – Sanya
• Go and check products and identify acceptable levels – FBT team + K.Mee (?)
• Segregate good products and quickly sell to market (if backdate lot, discount can be used, just do not destroy) – All, identify up on visit
• For damaged stocks item and QTY
o CRM complaint to NZ and ask for compensation – Luck/Porn
o Identify the option if we can fix it (for example, put sticker on with along explanation to customers) or inkjet – K.Mee/FBT
We are fighting with time as aging keeps running...
