For those who do not know it, “Slow Food” is an eco-gastronomic association who promotes a “new cuisine” based on identity and culture expression.
It defends pleasure linked with food; it thinks about educational taste and the right to enjoy a new sense of responsibility, considering the balance between the ecosystem, the protection of biodiversity and ethical commitment with producers.
With this concept, activities are going to be developed such as lectures, tastings, outdoor jazz concerts and tapas or cocktails competitions in some local establishments.
