That comment was on their service, in regards to other foreigners, many of whom will speak zero Thai. IT is a flaw in their business and service that they do not speak the secondary language of their customers and should be reflected in the reviews.
They seem to speak near-zero english, at least our waitress. She would hear me ask for a menu, look confused, I asked for a salad, she would then say "Okay" and run off and look busy within sight and avoid me.. 2nd person I asked also did not understand what I meant by "I want a salad". I will definitely go back but they definitely need to train the staff.
