This would identify local government units with the dirtiest air, said Paje, who expressed optimism that the information will help LGUs identify better interventions for cleaning the air in their respective areas of jurisdiction.
Paje earlier urged the public to monitor LGUs' anti-air pollution efforts.
He also said voters must scrutinize election candidates' respective track records in addressing the problem.
Voters must assess how candidates fared against the 1987 Philippine Constitution provision upholding people's right to health and to a balanced and healthful ecology, he said.
"Air pollution must be an election issue," Paje said.
