L: If I could just go back to before the strategy, I think I would try to get much more
clarity about the relationship between the roles of the Regional Workplace Health
Coordinator and the key agencies – the regional “governance” team . . . It was always a
bit cloudy, the idea that it was set up with development funding from the Regional
Director of Public Health but outside of any structure, it was always going to be
problematic . . . I think perhaps in hindsight maybe lobbying at more senior levels
within the stakeholder organisations would have been useful.
