Last week on Operation Monthly Meeting with SMTs, as I be out of office form CFS RM-1 Visit.
K.Niruth has attend that meeting to present & update the below data of phone verification result (KCC & CFS including tentative plan for Tesco & Central)
However, SMTs has some concern & make a advise (direction) for the group that we're approval without contact (in red below).
SMTs need New Account Team to change the strategy from approval without contact to be cancel (can't contact) and allow marketing 1 month to re-contact the customer & let NA to re-open the case then try to contact the customer again.
By the way, I think we need to set up a short meeting on this before move on.
So, I will asking K. Niruth to set up the meeting with you soonest including prepare a new cancel code for this group
