Conduct research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues. Works as an intermediary between business units to support business operations.
• Works with business unit to address opportunities for improvements in processes and mitigate issues as they arise between business units. Resolution may require some research and tends to not be explicitly defined.
• Facilitates transfer of information and problem resolution between business units.
• Analyze business processes and reports with managers to make recommendations for improvements in major processes for information flow and system set-up.
• Develops formal recommendations for presentation to management that may impact business policies including requirements and specifications.
• Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed. Provides supporting information and documentation as necessary.
