As you know, the Operation Analyst position is one of the most represented roles at CEVA Thailand as well as it is one of the key entry-level positions for talent development, hence it is a critical compartment to build our future leaders at CEVA.
In this respect, we understand the importance of paying very close attention to the roles and responsibilities of our Operations Analysts, especially as our OA’s are located at various sites that differ from another. This physical separation might cause differences to how Analysts work – and how they understand their role within our organization.
In order to increase job satisfaction and development of Analysts at CEVA, we are determined to understand more about our current Analysts’ work. We would like to use this feedback to make detailed recommendations to our Executive team regarding the way Analysts should be integrated into our organizational structure. Our target is to make our Analyst workforce more efficient and effective for your benefit.
We are just about to send out a questionnaire to all Operations Analysts at CEVA Thailand. The questionnaire contains detailed questions aimed to understand each individuals’ work assignment and environment in detail (please see as attached). Please allow your Analysts enough time to complete this questionnaire and encourage your Analysts to send it back to us before October 30 (Friday this week).
Please cascade this message to your Operation Managers as appropriate. We would like to ensure that each line manager is fully informed of this initiative.
If you have any question or would like to clarify further, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am looking forward to your cooperation.
