TRAINING ACTIVITY OUTLINE
TASK : Upon completion of this training activity, the learner will be able to maintain a smooth and orderly flow of customers into the Dining Room.
OBJECTIVE: Greet guests with a smile while maintaining an orderly flow of ushering and seating customers into the Dining Room.
Accommodate guests wishes, present menus, and welcome to the particular Restaurant.
