Issues at Molly Malones:
After fixing registration request Menumate identify why it keeps disappearing from the site?
1. All network cables are in some way damaged or in danger due to not being in conduit, not protected, not tied correctly. Tim says they are doing refurb in couple of months and will redo cabling
2. the system seems to have 2 networks - we need to check to ensure that Menumate is on one network only, not broken across 2 LAN networks
3. Printers are all about to fail due to age - we need to assess and recommend on this. The printers at POS1 in particular doesn't feed, spooler doesn't work, printer at POS3 requires them to jab a fork in it to turn on and off - both of these are priority to change urgently, kitchen printer is also about to crash due to cable and connection issues.
4. Cable for kitchen printer is in conduit for about 80 cm then just bare cable across the ceiling above cooking areas - this needs to be investigated and redone urgently
5. "NOTE" on cashier bill - removed today for all cashier printer - no need for item notes on cashier bill
6. Menu errors - press pad thai and get green curry.... been changed
7. Cancellation errors - 5 september at 17.11 an order pressed but went to kitchen as cancellation, redone at 17.13 and same issue, redone at 17.14 and correct - strange that order did not go through but was sent as cancellation - investigating - if it occurs again Tim will keep
8. Network slow and disconnect - often occurs due to Point 1 and 2 above so this needs to be rectified urgently
