• Develops sales teams by transferring the knowledge and experience, coaching, organizing relevant trainings and disciplining staffs; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, reviewing compensation actions.
• Develops business strategic planning for the market to achieve the company sales target and profitability; identifying market trends, opportunities and system improvements
• Lead and supervise the realization of different types of projects in order to ensure successful delivery of the Business Strategy Roadmap
• Execute a rigorous performance monitoring process to track status of projects and ensure relevant corrective actions are defined and completed
• Intervene, verify potential constraints in case project deliveries are at risk and lead implementation of mitigating actions
• Analyze market trend in order to provide accurate long term forecast to ensure the delivery in a timely manner
• Able to sell qualitatively as well as quantitatively and a consistent ability to close sales with strong negotiation skills
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction within assigned territory
• Developing partner strategies and relationship plans within assigned territory
• Accurately reporting opportunity and pipeline status utilizing the company’s resource
