• Nautilus accounting team cleared pending account receivable from 116 M Baht to be 15 M Baht which there is 7.5 M Baht that has no supporting documents to clarify. Pavinee informed that she planned to clean up this amount within 6 months. The financial audit process that sent confirmation to account receivable supported info for this task.
• The debate of add back expenses amounting to 9 M Baht with the Revenue Department was under the consideration. The impact to the financial statement could be the loss carry forward of year 2012 decrease from 21 M Baht to be 12 M Baht. The expected net profit for the year 2013 is 10 M Baht. Therefore, loss carry forward to use in the year 2014 will be 2 M Baht. No update the progressive in March due to year end audit. (to inform K. Sakchai later)
