This is a follow up email on the below communication which was sent out previous month. Our records show that you still have not registered with us to create a CCO ID.
We wanted to make you aware that effective from 9-Nov-15, any email address you use to contact us will need to be Cisco Connection Online (CCO) registered. Email coming from a non-CCO registered email address will not create a case and the requestors will be asked to sign up for a CCO account. Registration is easy and can be done under 3 minutes. Registration ensures that we can serve you properly and pre-tests your company’s confidentiality interests.
To ensure you have no interruption to service please proceed to register, after which you will be able to submit your case by sending us an email. If you currently have a CCO account, please make sure your email address in your profile is updated to match the one listed above.
