Good morning, it’s great to see so many of you here to day.
My name is Kamonrat Phethin and I am a nursing student at BCN Nakhon Rachasima.
What I’m going to talk about to day is Power of music with reducing stress. My presentation is divided into the three parts. First I’ll give you some background information on “How music affects our brain and changes our mood”. Then I’ll go on to talk about benefits when your brainwaves start changing. And lastly I’ll present you with 6 ways to add music in your daily life. I’m sure this will be of great interest to everyone here, especially when you are stuck with something or bad situation and you’ll know why you can’t live without music.
