Objective : the older person had left-paresis, He had problem of urinary incontinence and could perform minimal self care. He need to be dependent on his daughter
Desired Outcomes
The client will remain free of urinary tract infection as evidenced by:
o absence of frequency, urgency, and burning on urination,
o absence of Pain when urinating.
o absence of Abdominal pain and lower middle.
o clear urine
o absence of Low back pain.
o absence of Fever and chills.
o absence of Nausea and vomiting.
