Major Responsibilities:
Process customer reservations and payments including transfers and cancellations.
Manage customer mailings and answer questions and emails regarding payments, invoices.
Maintain records for travelers regarding room preferences, dietary needs, bike fit in database.
Is an integral part of the US Office which entails answering phones and other customer contact as needed.
Manage client travel requests, including hotel bookings, train travel, car rental and flight requests over phone and email.
Log travel information in company database and maintain up to date information for any ongoing requests.
Communicate with Director of Tours, Sales Director, Country Coordinators and other office staff to best facilitate any tour specific questions and answer travelers
Research and manage relevant travel information for tours and track questions to build company knowledge and travel planning resources for office use and travelers’ use.
Assist with staff travel.
Assist with reservations and post-sales customer service assistance to partner companies or other branches of ExperiencePlus! Bicycle Tours.ambitieuse.
