EXPERIENCE : FIELD - At least 6 years working experience in Food ,Agricultural Industry/Business.
At least 2 years’ experience in Training ,consulting , implementation or management system standards are
EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Engineering , Sciences, Technology or equivalent.
SPECIAL SKILL : Good communication, negotiation, presentation and persuasion skills, service-minded , Good command of spoken and written in English with computer literacy , Self discipline, able to work independently , Own car with driving license , Able to perform as the trainer role.
OTHER : Possessing IFS or BRC Food Auditor is preferable ISO 9000 Lead Auditor Course or related standards for the position will be a plus.
