there is studies about the nutritional intake of soccer players that is inadequate, especially energy intake. most of female players has tried to do low body fat content by the restriction of energy intake. this is affected adverse including delayed recovery from training or a game, impairment of adaption to the training stimulus, suppression of immune function, and disruption of reproductive function. The source of energy is carbohydrate foods and stores in form glycogen in liver and skeletal muscle, it is essential fuel during training and match play
