Responsibilities:
• Design, create and maintain updated company’s information source including brochures, presentation, video, website (internet and intranet), workshop, photography etc.
• Support organizing company’s events which include planning of schedule and timeline, coordinate the actual event and perform follow up work including expense report, etc.
• Sourcing and controlling stock of company give-away and premium
• Facilitate customers and potential customers in the effort to promote better sales. Work related to this category includes arranging airport tours, applying for airport passes, performing various regular and ad-hoc tasks related task as requested by customers or potential customers
• Process and submitting reports to other organizations such as AOT, ACBA and WFS as requested
• Performing the work as assigned by the Marketing Director
Qualifications:
• Male or Female, 20 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related fields.
• Minimum of 0 - 3 years’ experience in marketing communication or related fields.
• Proficient in Computer Design Program i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop
• Good computer skill in MS. Office, e-mail and website-internet
• Good English skills with ability to communicate in written English are essential.
• Strong interpersonal, communications and organizational skills.
