As we discussed yesterday, I am VERY disappointed with your reaction to my requests. This is not for what I pay ever increasing fees. I asked A WEEK AGO to remove the paper and clean the windows on December 9, and wrote about it to the building manager. Friday is no good for me. I assume that I am not the only one at M Silom with such requests, the management could come up with ideas how to help the owners cope with the problem.
If After Sales want to inspect the defects as per my letter on Friday, Decrmber 11, they can do so. You have a spare key card. I shall wait for the plan of actions as promised last week.
I sincerely hope that Major will pay serious attention to the quality of the building management which up till now is not satisfactory and hostile towards the owners.
