Upon the registration of the lease in the name of the Lessee, the Lessee has the right to own all structures on the Land and/or to further construct [ ] rooms on the Land at their own expense, and the Parties agree that all construction built on the Land by the Lessee shall remain the property of the Lessee until such time as the Lease Term expires whereupon all buildings or structures upon the Leased Land shall revert back and shall be deemed property owned by the Lessor
