The luminescence of Li 2 O–B 2 O 3 –P 2 O 5 –CaF 2 scintillation glass doped Tb 3þ , Ce 3þ under electron beam
excitation are investigated. Changing the cerium concentration of 0.2–1 wt% leads to an increase in
luminescence intensity of Ce 3þ and Tb 3þ ions. Luminescence decay of cerium time is 30 Luminescence spectroscopy of scintillating glasses doped
with Tb 3þ /Ce 3þ with different concentrations of cerium
under photo- and electron excitation
