Six major content categories were identified in the
transcripts: (1) communication value and perceived competence;
(2) communication intention; (3) benefits of training;
(4) barriers to implementation; (5) preferences and utilisation
of strategies; and (6) leading and following. To
facilitate transparency in reporting of comments and agreement
amongst participants, each participant is referred to
in-text with a unique, non-identity linking number (i.e.,
01—06).
