patic cholesterolandcontributedtothecontrolofpostprandialglycaemia,particularlywiththetreat-
ment withorangebagasse(OB).TheanimalsfedtheOBandpassionfruitpeel(PFP)dietsshowedsig-
nificantly lowerfastingbloodglucoselevelscomparedwiththecontrolanimals.Theconsumptionofthe
test dietspromotedchangesinparametersimportantforintestinalhealth,suchasreducedfaecalpHand
