6.7 If the Employee is granted the necessary approvals, regulatory registrations and/or licenses from the SEC, the SET and/or competent authorities for the performance of duties and there are any incidents which might affect the qualifications or eligibility to maintain or hold such approvals, regulatory registrations and/or licenses, the Employee shall promptly notify Company of such incidents. In this connection, the Company may at its sole discretion assign the Employee to perform work in other appropriate positions
6.8 The Employee agrees not to conduct any action to disclose the user ID and password used to perform duties assigned by the Company to any other person. This includes the employee's user ID and/or password which is granted on the date of this Agreement or may be changed thereafter. 1. Monthly salary, Bonus, Welfare and Benefits
7.1 On commencement of employment, the monthly salary will be Baht 53,500 and the Employee will receive Baht 1,500 per month for cost of living allowance. Thereafter, the monthly salary will be reviewed at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. The monthly salary shall be subject to deduction of tax (personal income tax), contributions to the Security Fund and the Provident Fund and other statutory deductions.
7.2 As an incentive for the diligence, the Employee will participate in the Company's Bonus Plan (the "Plan'). The bonus payment under the Plan will be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company by taking into consideration the Employee's performance and the Company's overall performance, and in accordance with such other criteria as the Company may from time to time deem appropriate, provided the Employee is continuously employed by the Company through the date of bonus payment and that the Employee does not willfully engage in any violation of the Company's rules and/or regulatory policies. It is being agreed that in no event shall the bonus payments under the Plan be treated as a part of the monthly salary.
7.3 The Employee shall keep details of the salary, bonus, benefits and any other remuneration confidential. Disclosure of such information to any persons is considered serious misconduct, which shall subject the violator to disciplinary action up to the termination of employment,
7.4 The Employee shall be eligible to receive the welfare and benefits provided by the Company, as specified in the Employee Handbook and other policies announced by the Company, The Employee Handbook and policies of the Company may be changed upon the discretion of the Company.
7.5 The Employee hereby gives consent for the Company to at its sole discretion, deduct from the bonus, benefits, or other remuneration, which are not wages, overtime pay, holiday pay, or holiday overtime pay and which are provided to the Employee by the Company, an appropriate amount to offset against compensation payable by the Employee for damage the Employee causes to the Company.
