In spite of modernization of world still they are cases of mortality recorded due to PPH which is more in low resource areas so here we aim to study in a low-resource setting, the efficacy of 800 μg of rectal misoprostol and 5 IU of oxytocin in intravenous infusion, as prophylaxis against PPH.
