Master Science or Bachelor Science in Chemistry, preferably Analytical Chemistry.
Experience - Bachelor Degree in Science: 5+ years or Master Degree in Science: 2+ Years; presently working in QA/QC of any food manufacturing company.
Independently capable of analysing basic bio-chemicals like carbohydrates, proteins & fat and their derivatives.
Must have experience in various lab equipments like Spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, pH meters and sample preparation techniques like solvent extraction, distillation, concentration & drying; preparation of reagents, conducting simple reactions for analysis & product development.
Must be familiar with complete R&D, QA/QC documentation systems to maintain all laboratory records and equipment without any down-time.
Expected to be an initiator, planner to operate and maintain a research laboratory independently to deliver results on the targeted dates.
Must have knowledge in preparing reports using MS office.
A team player and result oriented person.
