In this chapter, all relevant concepts and variables have been discussed, including the latent variables, observed variables and hypothesis. Latent variables consist of organizational knowledge, market orientation and knowledge creation. Observed variables consist of organizational culture, employee tacit knowledge, organizational routines and information system for organizational knowledge. Customer orientation, competitor orientation and supplier orientation become observed variables for market orientation. Meanwhile knowledge creation can be observed through product and service outcome, market outcome, process outcome and behavior outcome. Summary of the constructs and their dimensions in the research framework was shown in Appendix A. Finally, this chapter also includes three main hypotheses.
