Hey ho and hello,
my Name is Rico, I'm 18 years old now and I'm from Germany or more precisely I'm living in its beautiful North with my family ( my mother and two older sisters) for 11 years now.
Having graduated, I now decided to restructre my whole profile and maybe to create it a bit less serious :)
Well, originally I signed in here for practicing my english and french skills for school, but as I am finished with school, I am now specifically looking for foreign friends (yep, like most of the people here). I am looking for long-term friendships, that means people who are willing to talk with me about anything for more than just a week, because I don't like it when I get used to a person and then suddently he or she disapears. I already met some awesome folks here, including the best penpal ever, however I really hope to find more of this sort :)
So if you are also looking for long lasting friends and if you have many interesting things to tell, it would be absolutely great if you'd write me, because I am, unfortunately, very shy and often don't know how to start a conversation, however I mainly become lively and talkative whenever I read someones message. Oh, and as I know that finding a proper start for a conversation can be difficult, I do also accept short messages like „hi“, that's really okay because some of my best converstions started with „Hi“ :)
Okay, but enough for that, now more about myself;
I really love doing sports, such as Soccer, Badminton, Squash and Jogging. Moreover I really like fishing, drumming, drawing, Animes (I love Animes!!!) and traveling. Furthermore I am always open for new things, especially concerning sports :)
Additionally I am interested in science, nature (I really, really love animals), languages and cultures, especially Asian cultures. I actually really like Japan and its cutlure, so I would definitely appreciate to talk to japanes people :)
I am a lover of cats, I actually have got three; two of them are living with me and my mom in northern Germany, while the third cat lives together with my Grand-ma in Hesse ( centre of Germany).
I personally dislike superfical Persons and haughtiness, but apart from that there are not many things I dislike :)
