Dear Copperwired Officer
Recently, I went to one of your iStudio in Bangkok, and seriously, I just can't wait to share the most terrible experience I got!
Firstly, my iMac keep giving me an electric shock when I touch the aluminium part of it, and it's clearly not a normal static, it's a current! I can prove it with a voltmeter. As a result, I decided to carry my iMac ( again, I CARRIED it from my house and WALKED there!!) with a hope that the stuff at the iStudio would help me or giving me some helpful advices. When I arrived, I went up to one of the stuff, who seems to be the mechanic or whatever he is. ( the others stuff told me that he's the one who knows all the things about the IT, he's a mechanic source of). Then I told him all about the problems I experienced, and you know what he said to me!, it just made me mad, I'm glad I have some patient at the time. He told me to wear my shoe all the time I use iMac! Seriously, who would wear their shoes all the time in their houses, and also while playing with their computer?? How about, if I use the kind of chair that doesn't touch the ground and I put my feet up, that means I need to get the electric shock again and again? Also, he said something like all the iMac do the same, so why don't you advertise the iMac with something like "new iMac, a computer that you need to wear your shoes all the time you use it, it will make you feel so comfy and don't worry about losing your shoes because you will be wearing it all the time :) " ? Why don't you inform the customers that this might happen before they teenager like me. When, my father came we both walked up to the counter, and there were 2 guys there (one of them is the person who I mentioned at first). My father told them about the problems and you know what, they made their faces like they didn't care and talked to us like we are some kind of a beggar that they just want us to get out of there as soon as possible! What a kind of treatment?!! They don't even try to help!! Then again, they talked to the other FOREIGN customers so nicely as they might come from heaven! What a kind of discrimination!!!! Why don't you just put up a board with a statement say " Foreigner only, if you're not one just get out, also remember to carry a brand name purse before entering." If you want someone who speak English, why don't you tell me I will speak English for you all day even though you might think I can't. Yes, I know they do speak English, they dressed up in brand name maybe? And I just a teenager, who look like a low class people, don't dressed up in a fancy dress, and you just judged me that I don't even have a priority to talk to the stuff?!!! And you treated me like Sh*t! Seriously, I need a stuff that has more knowledge than the one you currently hire, or at lease train them well enough to not look down on people... You're a huge company, still I don't know why your company lets this problem happen. I want this to be FIXED!! Also, if it possible please provide me all the names of the people who worked at the iStudio Silom Complex branch on June 2, 2015, my father and I need them immediately! Especially, the 2 guys one who seems to called himself a mechanic and the other who doesn't work as a cashier.
Please, reply to this email as soon as possible ( prefer on June 3, 2015) to show if you still care about your customer opinion.
Thank you,
Sincerely,
TJ your customer.
P.S. I've tried my best not to use bad words in this message.
