case like this, so I think we lose. And I warned the client. I don’t want them to pay all this money and lose and blame me. And I want, too, from their perspective, to make good choices. I want them to go into it with their eyes open. I don’t want them to believe their own press. I write these letters saying this is a clear
infringement. I tell the client, between you and me, we know it’s probably not a good case.
