service. Also, the expense of maintaining the
Expert Network, as well as development of
the integrated source map are financial factors
to consider. It is clear, since at this point there
are no obvious competitors to Teltech's
operation, that the financial challenge exists.
Teltech's approach to knowledge management
adheres to the framework defined earlier
in this paper, an exception being that it is an
actual external service for companies interested
in acquiring knowledge from
experienced knowledge workers.
