Coral reef is being destructed by human
Reduction of coral reefs directly impacts on undersea lives
In this recent history, we all surely have heard about the global warming which is fully effective to the living things around the world. For instances, animal life’s cycle, human’s standard living and marine system. There is no doubt why this issue becomes one of the largest considerations in society and this issue also badly affects marine system or Coral reefs which make us to be alerted about the situation of “Coral reefs extinction in Thailand”.
According to the circumstance, we probably realized that the Coral reef destructions were occurred from natural disaster and considered to be unfortunate incident. In fact, this all are mostly from the actions of human who has not being mindful about the underwater paradise and the mysteriousness of undersea ecosystem. Nevertheless, the coral reef destruction should be decreased in the community to prevent the extinction of underwater ecosystem.
In relevant to Thailand’s coral serious threat, the majority of coral reefs ecosystem is destroyed by the human activity. For examples, releasing wasteful water into the ocean which regularly takes part in the industrial areas and urban communities hence, it capably ruined out the marine lives due to the chemical sensitivity in its. Furthermore, mining mineral undersea (Phuket, Thailand) is also one the largest concern as the slopes of their habitation is changed therefore; the coral reefs could not be able to survive in the marine system. This has shown how human becomes very effective to the environment under the water paradise.
This graph above shows the percentage’s destructions of coral reefs in 14 years period at Bang tow bay which clearly demonstrates to you all why we should adapt our strong perspectives to save this marine ecosystem. According to the researches in Bang Tow bay destructions, it illustrates the main reason is generally from human activities such as trash thrown into the sea and it has been found that all of those things get stuck in the reef. The actual amount of trash, specifically plastic, that escapes our landfills and enters the ocean each year was only recently calculated. The special researcher estimated in January 2015 that around 4.8 to 6.0 million tones of rubbish were found in Andaman Ocean and more than 40 percents of those were plastic trash. Unfortunately, this could cause the extinction of Coral reef and it underwater is getting closer to the end.
On the other hand, this kind of things will not only decrease beautiful environments in Thailand but it would also reduce the revenue of our country from tourism and that why this concern must be combated as soon as it could. It is not too difficult to help and save those sorts of things from extinction.
In my recommendations, “Thai government should be more decisive about this issue as it becomes actually prevalent in the community. The implantations about natural environment have to be taking serious because most people not currently being mindful about environment. The unlawful fishery must be more watchful as it has been severe impacted on the reef especially, habitations of the living things under the sea. Using chemically enhanced pesticides and fertilizers should be also educated for those youngsters as well to make them acknowledge why how those sorts of action harm the marine environment. Lastly, Volunteer for a reef cleanup can consider to be one of the best idea to persuade the people to recognize how much have they done to the underwater ecosystem and it is time for everyone return the beauty to the marine paradise with your hands.
