To activate Creative Cloud apps, simply sign in to Creative Cloud with your Adobe ID.
When you sign in, you activate the Creative Cloud license and all installed apps and services that are associated with your Adobe ID. You can then use your apps and services normally. Activation—connecting an app with a valid license—is automatic. There are no serial numbers to track or codes to enter.
Here are some common situations when you might need to sign in:
The first time you purchase a Creative Cloud plan.
Whenever you download or update apps.
When you install Creative Cloud apps on a new computer.
After you upgrade or change your Creative Cloud plan. You’ll need to sign out and sign in again, to reset your Creative Cloud license.
