Abstract
The purpose of this project is presenting about the public to make Thai Traditional. E-San Food call “Jeaw Bong On Sorn Khong” that is very fantastic, interesting and population E-Sam Food with making from the best fermented fish that is good smell and wonderful with how to prepare and make Jeaw Bong. That’s good pointed easy eating cultural for Nakhon Phanom people with variable special fish and meat and fresh vegetables like lettuces, Chinese cabbages, cucumber, string been and the swamp cabbages. That is called “ the side dishes “. There are many interesting Thai high herbs , use full and it makes you good health for many people. The best important thing is the philosophy of Sufficiency in buying food for meaning that their own needs and anything that is not necessary.
