Also, I finally connected the second receiver for the TV last week, however when we connected it, we noticed there was no remote for the receiver. I called the True Visions company and they want to charge me to have the receiver replaced and bring me one with a remote. I don't remember seeing a second remote, could it be possible that it got packed up with the last tenants? Should I be responsible and pay for another receiver I didn't get a remote for? Appreciate you shining some light on this. Thank you again.
