The literature indicates an association between breast cancer screening measures (IE, clinical breast examination, mammography, and breast self-examination) and more favorable clinical and pathological stages of disease. Task force, screening is the key to finding breast cancer in its early, treatable stage. The tural facters that may influence screening and incorporate them into health messages for Africa America women. Being proactive in preventive measures may help lessen the existing disparity and improve survivability.
