The purpose of this role is to complete all Policy Administration duties as effectively and efficiently as possible
and therefore minimize the cost of the administration function to CIGNA. This role has primary responsibilities
for ensuring that CIGNA meets all its externally agreed Service Level Agreements with business partners and other CIGNA companies.
Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
Operate all policy changing in system & Endorsement issuance and deliver to customer under the SLA
Prepare the policy reminder notification benefit payment
Operate the cancellation & Premium refund
Changing the credit card number
Issue the lapse letter
Mailing & Filling & reporting
Reprinting the policy
Assist to operate the UAT
Other project as assigned
Qualifications / Specific Requirements:
Bachelor degree in the related working experience
Good written and verbal Thai language skills essential
Typing and computer skill in Microsoft Office, Word, EXCEL are required
Administration experience in insurance business is an advantage
Database Skill/Experience is an advantage
